Our Affiliation

The Southern Baptist Convention

We are delighted to join with more than 45,000 like-minded, self-governing and autonomous Baptist Churches across the United States and Canada who are on mission together. This affiliation is with the Southern Baptist Convention. We voluntarily support the work and ministry of this convention.

In doing so, we have a direct part in supporting six of the largest theological seminaries in North America.

We also support more than 10,000 missionaries and chaplains in every state and province in the US and Canada and more than 130 countries across the globe.

Our partnership continues by allowing us to be part of Southern Baptist Disaster Relief Ministries. We are the third largest provider of disaster relief assistance in North America. Only the Red Cross and the Salvation Army are larger in scope than our Southern Baptist Disaster Relief.

From meeting immediate needs in a disaster, advocating for adoption and foster care, combating sex trafficking, providing  shelter to the homeless, feeding hungry people in North America and throughout the world, raising up the next generation of great leaders, supporting military chaplains across the globe, or directly supporting thousands of missionaries serving in every possible corner of the world. We are delighted to be part of such a global and effective mission endeavor.

We are also affiliated with The Gospel Coalition, committed to encouraging and educating next-generation Christian leaders by advocating gospel-centered principles and practices that glorify the Savior and do good to those for whom he shed his life’s blood.
